I’ve had a pretty good experience with this credit union, especially with their customer service. The representatives are always willing to help and provide clear answers to my questions. I recently set up automatic payments, and it went off without a hitch. However, I do wish they had more ATMs around town; sometimes I have to drive a bit out of my way to find one. Still, the benefits of being a member outweigh this minor inconvenience. Overall, I’m pleased with my decision to join.
