I recently had my car repaired after a minor accident, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the repair process in detail, and I appreciated how they kept me updated on the progress. Not only did my car look brand new after the repairs, but they also cleaned the interior, which was a lovely surprise! My only minor feedback would be that they could improve the waiting area; it was a bit cramped. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this auto body shop! I brought my car in after a fender bender, feeling a bit stressed about the whole ordeal. From the get-go, the staff made me feel at ease with their warm and welcoming demeanor. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. I was especially impressed with how they went above and beyond to ensure that my car looked just like it did before the accident. They even buffed out a few scratches that I had written off as permanent! The only thing I would suggest for improvement is having a more comfortable waiting area, as it felt a little cramped when I was there. But honestly, that minor discomfort was overshadowed by the excellent service and results. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs and recommending them to friends and family!

I had a fantastic experience! I brought my vehicle in for some body work, and the team was super professional and efficient. They provided a detailed estimate that was very reasonable. I was worried about the color match, but they nailed it perfectly! However, I wish they had a better online system for tracking the repair status. That said, the end result was outstanding, and I would definitely return for any future needs.
