What a fantastic experience! I took my SUV in for some routine maintenance and was blown away by how efficient and friendly the staff was. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, and they got right to work assessing my vehicle. Dominic was my point of contact, and he was just great. He took the time to explain what services were necessary and those that could wait, which I really appreciated because it showed they value honesty over profit. The work was done in a timely manner, and my SUV runs like a charm now. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service offered. I’ve been to other auto repair shops in the past that didn’t even come close. While they do recommend making an appointment, I was able to get in the same week, which is a plus. If I had to point out anything to improve, I would suggest they add more updates on the status of the vehicle while it’s being worked on, possibly via text or email. Overall, I can't recommend this shop enough! I will definitely be back for all my car needs!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this auto repair shop! After hearing great things from friends, I decided to check it out when my car needed some serious TLC. He was straightforward and did not sugarcoat anything, which I appreciated. He walked me through my options and helped me understand what repairs were essential versus what could wait. The turnaround time was impressive; I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up by mid-afternoon. Plus, the cost was very reasonable given the level of service. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the waiting area could use a bit more entertainment, like magazines or a TV. But honestly, I was so pleased with the service that it didn't bother me much.
