I can’t recommend this auto center enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The inspection was thorough, and they took the time to explain any findings without making me feel pressured. I liked that they provided a detailed report, and it made me feel reassured about my vehicle's condition. The waiting area was clean, and there were refreshments available, which made the wait more pleasant. I went during the weekday, and it was nice not to be rushed. They maintained a steady stream of communication, updating me on how long the process would take and what they were working on. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to maybe expand the seating in the waiting area during peak times, as I noticed it got a bit crowded. However, this minor issue does not detract from the overall outstanding service I received. I will definitely return for my next inspection!

The waiting area was well-kept, and I was surprised to find a few magazines and a coffee machine to pass the time. My car inspection took about an hour, which was pretty reasonable in my opinion. I appreciate how they gave me options rather than insisting on anything. The only downside was that parking was a bit tight, especially around lunchtime, but it’s manageable.
