Fantastic grooming experience! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of my poodle and did a stellar job with her haircut. I love that they have a variety of services to choose from, including spa treatments! The only thing I would suggest is to have a clearer sign for where to enter; I got a little lost at first. But overall, I’m very pleased and will be back soon!

I took my Golden Retriever to this grooming and pet spa last week, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They really took the time to understand my dog's grooming needs and preferences. The atmosphere was calming, which helped ease my pup's nerves. I especially appreciated the variety of services they offered, including a de-shedding treatment that worked wonders! When I picked him up, he looked absolutely stunning and smelled amazing! The only minor hiccup was that it took a bit longer than expected, but they kept me updated, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to pamper their furry friends!

I recently took my two dogs to this grooming and pet spa, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely excited to meet my dogs. They did a wonderful job with their grooming, especially with my corgi who has a thick coat that can be tricky. I loved how they took the time to ensure both dogs felt comfortable, even giving them little treats and cuddles while grooming. The only downside was that the appointment took a bit longer than I anticipated, which made it a little challenging to manage my schedule. However, the final results were well worth the wait! They both looked adorable and smelled incredible. Plus, they provided a nice little report card on how my dogs did during the grooming session. I really appreciate that touch! I’ll definitely be returning for regular grooming, especially with how much my dogs seemed to enjoy their visit.

I had a great experience at this grooming spa! I brought my cat in for a grooming session, and they really exceeded my expectations. The staff was clearly experienced with handling cats, which made me feel at ease because my kitty can be a bit temperamental. They took the time to introduce themselves to my pet and carefully explained the grooming process to me. I loved the clean and spacious environment; it felt safe for my furry friend. Plus, they use high-quality products that are gentle on sensitive skin. My cat came out looking fabulous with a neat cut and free of excess fur, and she was surprisingly calm afterward! My only suggestion would be to offer a few more appointment slots on weekends since it can be hard for working pet owners to find time during the week. Nonetheless, I will definitely be coming back for future grooming sessions!
