What an impressive auto repair experience! I had a check engine light come on, and after a quick Google search, I decided to try this shop. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they took the time to explain the issues I was facing with my vehicle in layman’s terms. I can't say enough good things about my visit! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was super friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. I recently took my car in for a routine check-up and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The mechanics were knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the entire process. I brought my car in for a transmission issue, and while the mechanics did eventually solve the problem, it did take longer than I anticipated. They were very thorough in their work, and I appreciated that they didn’t rush through the repairs. The service was professional, and I felt they genuinely cared about getting it right. The rates were fair, and they even offered me a ride home while my car was being serviced, which was a nice touch. I would suggest better communication regarding timelines, but overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would come back again. Just a bit more clarity on wait times would be great!
