I was in search of a family-friendly SUV, and they had several options that fit my criteria. I was especially impressed with how transparent they were about the history of each car, providing me with Carfax reports right away. After a bit of browsing, I found a fantastic SUV that checked all the boxes for my family. The associate helped me with a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle, explaining the features and answering all my questions with patience. I never felt rushed, which was a huge plus. It’s refreshing to meet salespeople who genuinely care about finding the right fit rather than just making a sale. The financing process was surprisingly straightforward, and they worked hard to find a plan that worked for my budget. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase! The only minor feedback I would give is that the office could use a bit of organization during peak hours, as it got a little crowded while I was waiting for my paperwork.
