Visiting A to Z Auto Mall was an interesting experience overall. They have a wide variety of vehicles, which was honestly overwhelming at first. I was initially looking for something economical for daily commutes but ended up falling in love with an SUV! The salespeople were knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right match. They allowed me to take my time exploring different options, which I appreciated. What impressed me the most was their willingness to negotiate; they were fair in their offers and took the time to explain the financing process clearly. However, I did notice that some of the cars weren’t as clean as I would have expected, which made me skeptical at first. But after discussing it with the sales team, they assured me that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being sold. After a bit of back-and-forth, I got a good deal on a pre-owned vehicle. Overall, I came away satisfied but would love to see them improve on the cleanliness of the cars on display.
