What a relief to finally find a place that truly cares about its patients! I visited this eye care center last week for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. They guided me through the paperwork and made sure I understood everything before I began my exam. Dr. Johnson was thorough and patient, explaining my test results in a way that made sense, which is not always the case. The facility itself was bright and well-organized, making the whole experience quite pleasant. I was particularly impressed with their large selection of frames; I ended up trying on several pairs before finding one I loved. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps extending their Friday hours, as it was a bit tricky for me to fit the appointment into my week. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my visit and am excited to wear my new glasses. I’ll definitely be coming back for my annual check-ups!
