The only minor thing I’d suggest is extending Saturday hours a bit longer—maybe until 2 PM? Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a personable banking experience!

What a fantastic experience! I’ve been a member for over a year and have taken advantage of their services multiple times, from opening a savings account to applying for a credit card. The application processes have always been efficient but what really sets them apart is the staff. They're not just there to do a job; they genuinely want to help. I had a small issue with a transaction last month, and the representative went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. I also love their educational resources—attending a financial wellness workshop was really eye-opening! The only thing I’d recommend is maybe offering more workshops throughout the month. Overall, I can't recommend this credit union enough, especially if you want a supportive community vibe in your banking.
