I also found their rates to be very competitive compared to other places I've looked. Just wish they had longer hours during the week for those of us who work full-time. I recently joined this credit union, and I have to say, I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience! Right from the start, the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to help. I was initially intimidated by the process of setting up a new account, but my representative patiently guided me through everything, explaining all the options available. The online banking system is also quite user-friendly, which I appreciate as I often manage my finances on the go. I love that they offer a variety of competitive rates on loans and savings accounts. My only suggestion would be to extend the Saturday hours a bit longer; 12 PM feels a bit too early for those of us who like to take our time on weekends. Overall, though, I can't recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for a supportive financial institution!

I recently applied for a small personal loan, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the process was—way quicker than what I've experienced elsewhere. They take the time to ensure you understand every step and even helped me explore options that I hadn’t considered before. The only hiccup I encountered was some minor confusion regarding the mobile app features; I think a bit more in-app guidance or tutorial videos would help users navigate more smoothly. But all in all, I’m really satisfied with my experience thus far. It feels great to have a financial partner who actually cares about my needs!
