I had a fantastic experience here! The variety of products is exceptional, especially the hair care section. I was on a mission to find a specific brand of curl cream, and not only did they have it, but the staff also recommended a few other products that worked wonders for my curls! The ladies working were so knowledgeable and spent time explaining the benefits of each product, which really helped me make informed choices. I also appreciated that they had testers available for many items, allowing me to try before I buy. The only thing I would suggest is adding a few more natural skincare options, as I’m always on the lookout for clean beauty products. Overall, this place is a gem for anyone passionate about beauty. I’ve been shopping at this beauty supply store for a while now, and I always leave satisfied. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely seem to care about helping you find what you need. I love their extensive selection of hair dye and accessories. I recently tried a new hair color from a recommendation, and I've received so many compliments! They also have a great assortment of makeup brands which keeps me coming back to check for new arrivals. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a loyalty program. I think it would encourage more frequent visits and allow customers to earn discounts, as I know I’d definitely take advantage of that. All in all, this store is like a little haven for beauty enthusiasts, and I appreciate how welcoming it feels every time I walk in. Highly recommend!
