I can't thank the team enough for their help with my laptop! I was in a panic when it stopped working right before my big presentation at work. I dropped it off, and they assured me they would do their best to have it ready in time. Not only did they fix the issue, which turned out to be a corrupted hard drive, but they also upgraded my RAM for a reasonable price. I recently took my desktop in for some upgrades, and I was very pleased with the service I received. The technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options available. I ended up getting a new graphics card and some additional storage. The turnaround time was quick, and I was back to gaming in no time! The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the parking was a bit tricky to find. Overall, great service and I'll be back for my future needs!
