I opened my first checking account here a few months back, and I’ve been really impressed. The benefits are great, including low fees and competitive interest rates. The mobile app is easy to navigate, which is a plus for me. However, I did have some trouble finding a customer service number on the website. A little more visibility on that would make it even better. Nonetheless, I’m really pleased with my choice!

I recently switched to this credit union after being with a big bank for years, and I couldn't be happier! The personal touch in their service makes all the difference. I had a small issue with my account that was resolved quickly. I love that they offer financial education workshops; I attended one last month, and it was so informative. Just wish they had more locations, but the online services are great!

I've been a member for several years now, and I can honestly say this credit union has exceeded my expectations! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions I have. I recently applied for a loan, and the process was seamless. They walked me through every step, making it easy to understand. I also love the online banking features; they’re user-friendly and convenient. The only minor issue I encountered was wait times during weekends, which can get a bit long. However, the service is worth the wait. Highly recommend!
