I recently had an outstanding experience at this transmission shop. As someone who's not very knowledgeable about cars, I often feel intimidated when taking my vehicle in for repairs. However, the staff here were incredibly welcoming and made everything so much easier for me. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my transmission in a way that I could understand, and they even showed me the parts they were discussing. Their transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. I took my car in on a Wednesday morning, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable, stocked with coffee and snacks, which was a nice touch! They also provided free Wi-Fi while I waited, which was helpful for catching up on emails. The turnaround time was impressive too; they had my car ready by the end of the day. The price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of service I received. One minor thing I would suggest is improving the signage outside. It’s a little hard to find, especially if you're not familiar with the area. But once you’re in, the service makes it more than worth it. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance needs, and I’ve already referred my friends and family to them. They truly take care of their customers, and it shows in every aspect of their work!

I had a really positive experience at this shop! I was having some persistent transmission problems that no one seemed to be able to diagnose properly. They thoroughly assessed my car and explained the diagnosis clearly. What struck me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They communicated with me throughout the process, letting me know what they were doing and why. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and my car runs like new! Their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service provided. One thing I did notice was that the waiting area could use a little more comfort; a few more chairs might help. But overall, the experience was fantastic. I left feeling that my car was in great shape and that I had received a fair deal. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know who needs help with their transmissions!
