I recently visited this orthotics service for some custom inserts recommended by my podiatrist, and I couldn't be happier! My only request would be a slightly quicker appointment scheduling process, as it can take some time to get in. However, the care and attention I received were definitely worth it! I had an incredible experience here when I went in for custom orthotics. The staff took the time to really assess my walking patterns and discuss my needs. They were super patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I’m thrilled to say that my new orthotics have made a world of difference in my day-to-day comfort. Plus, the environment was warm and welcoming. My only feedback would be to consider adding some music or calming background sounds to enhance the atmosphere while waiting. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning whenever I need adjustments!

I had to get a prosthetic leg after a major accident, and it was a daunting experience for me. But the staff here were so supportive and knowledgeable! They guided me through every step of the process, from the initial fitting to adjustments and training. The attention to detail was superb; they made sure my prosthetic was not just functional but comfortable as well. I really appreciated the follow-up calls to check on my progress. The only thing I think could be improved is the wait time for appointments, which sometimes felt a bit lengthy. However, given the quality of care, I can understand that they may be busy. Overall, I’m thankful for their exceptional service!
