I had my first service experience at this shop last week, and overall, it was quite impressive! From scheduling my appointment online to the actual service, everything was seamless. The team was very communicative; they kept me updated on the status of my car and provided recommendations without any pressure. I recently had my SUV serviced here, and I have to say, I was really impressed! The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to ensure all my concerns were addressed. I appreciated their transparency about the costs and estimated time for service. The waiting area was clean and had a comfortable vibe, making my wait much more pleasant. My only feedback would be that it could benefit from some more seating, as it got a little crowded at times. But other than that, I felt like my car was in great hands!
