I recently visited this office for the first time, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived, and the atmosphere was bright and inviting. The doctor himself was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my test results in detail, which I really appreciated. I felt like he genuinely cared about ensuring I understood everything. However, my only concern was the limited weekend hours, as it can be tough to fit appointments into a busy workweek. Additionally, I noticed that while the consultation was excellent, some of the administrative processes seemed a bit disorganized, as I had to fill out the same information multiple times. Despite these minor inconveniences, I believe I found a doctor who can truly help me manage my health. I left feeling reassured and ready to take control of my wellness journey. I can't express how thankful I am to have found my doctor! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The waiting room was comfortable and well-organized, which made the wait feel shorter than it actually was. My appointment started on time, which is always a plus in my book! During my visit, the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how he didn’t rush through the appointment and made me feel like my health was a top priority. His examination was comprehensive, and he explained everything in terms that I could easily understand. I felt empowered and informed about my health decisions afterward! The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be to enhance the online appointment system, as I had some difficulty navigating it at first. Still, the in-person experience more than made up for it. Overall, I left feeling optimistic and confident about my health. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and caring internist who genuinely cares.
