I loved how they had a variety of options to choose from, and they even offered some eco-friendly fabric selections, which I appreciated! The attention to detail was evident in their work, from the careful stitching to the way the cushions were re-stuffed. They clearly take pride in their craft. I was also impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was; they answered all my questions and made the whole process feel enjoyable. I did notice a slight delay in getting my sofa back, and while they communicated about it, I would have liked more proactive updates throughout the wait. Nevertheless, when I finally got my sofa back, I was blown away by how good it looked! It feels like a brand-new piece, and I can't wait to show it off to my friends.
