I had an amazing experience with Dr. Neithardt! From my first appointment, I felt welcomed and understood. The staff was super friendly, and they really take their time with you. Dr. Neithardt answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. I never felt rushed, which was a major plus for me. Plus, the online care option is fantastic, making it easy to follow up without needing to go in every time. Highly recommend!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this clinic and Dr. Neithardt. The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. As someone who has faced many challenges on the journey to starting a family, I was apprehensive about what to expect. Dr. Neithardt took the time to listen to my story and provide not just medical advice, but emotional support as well. She explained the various options available to me in a clear and compassionate manner, which really helped in alleviating my anxieties. The clinic is also very accommodating regarding LGBTQ+ individuals; it felt like such a safe space for me and my partner. Additionally, the facility is well-maintained and very clean, which is reassuring during these times. One thing to note is that while appointments are required, I did have a small wait time on my first visit. However, I can say it was worth the wait, given the attentive care I received. I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff here are incredibly caring and attentive. Every time I had a visit, they were ready to answer any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Neithardt is fantastic; she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and really listens to you. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the clinic and the safety measures they have in place. They really prioritize patient safety, which is so important right now. One small thing is that sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment quickly due to their popularity, but honestly, it’s completely worth it. I am so thankful for the wonderful care I'm receiving!
