I have to say, this place exceeded my expectations! I came in for my consultation and was amazed by the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. Dr. Donoso is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions. The technology they use for imaging is top-notch, which made me feel confident in their process. The office was clean and well-organized, and I noticed that the staff worked seamlessly together, which made for a pleasant experience. My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! I came in for a consultation about my daughter's braces, and the entire process was smooth and enlightening. The staff was incredibly friendly, answering all my questions about costs and treatment plans without any hesitation. Dr. Donoso is a gem! He has this way of making both kids and parents feel comfortable. My daughter was a bit nervous, but he was so patient and made the consultation feel more like a fun chat than a clinical appointment. One aspect I really appreciated was how he laid out a timeline for the treatment plan. However, I wish there were more flexible hours for working parents, as they close early, which can be a bit challenging. Overall, I can see why this place has such high ratings—it's a great find for orthodontics!

Absolutely loved my visit here! The staff was super friendly and professional. I felt really well taken care of. Dr. Donoso was thorough and took the time to explain everything. I appreciated that they didn’t rush through the consultation. My only small critique would be the wait time; I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient. But overall, I’m excited to start my treatment!
