I can't speak highly enough of my experience with a property management company that really understands customer service. I had an awesome experience with a property management company recently! Not only did they help me find a fantastic apartment, but their staff was super friendly and accommodating. I loved how they took the time to explain everything about the lease and what to expect during my stay. The only downside was that they weren’t available on weekends, which made it a little tricky when I had questions. Still, their weekday availability was more than sufficient. I walked away feeling valued as a customer, and I would definitely recommend them to friends!
