Overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience at this location when I needed a rear windshield replacement after an unfortunate accident. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the process much smoother. They provided a quick estimate and explained the work that needed to be done in detail. The job was completed on time, and they even offered a warranty on the glass, which gave me peace of mind. My only critique would be the communication; I had to follow up a couple of times to check on the status of the glass arriving, but once they had it, the service was excellent. I had a great experience at this auto glass shop after a rock hit my window while driving. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and got me in right away. They assessed the damage and suggested the best course of action. I was really impressed with their professionalism and quick turnaround – I was in and out in less than an hour! The new window looks perfect, and I can’t even tell it was replaced. One minor thing I noticed was that the waiting area could use a bit of updating, but honestly, I hardly noticed while I was there, given the service quality. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be returning for any future glass issues.

After some quick research, I decided to go with this place, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the repair process and even showed me the replacement glass they would be using. I really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and the expected time for the job. It took barely an hour to have my windshield replaced, and the quality of work is top-notch. They even vacuumed my car and cleaned the interior where they had been working, which was such a nice touch. The only downside was that they didn’t have a waiting area, so I had to wait outside, but given the fantastic service and the result, I didn’t mind at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing auto glass services. They really made a stressful situation as easy and painless as possible, and I left feeling like I had received excellent value for my money.
