The waiting area was clean and well-organized, and I didn't have to wait long before being called in for my consultation. Dr. Thompson was incredibly knowledgeable and explained my condition in a way that I could understand. He took the time to answer all my questions and never rushed me, which I really appreciated. The treatment plan he suggested was thorough, and I felt confident moving forward. I also had a follow-up appointment a few weeks later, and the staff remembered me, which made it feel more personal. The only minor thing I would suggest is perhaps expanding their Saturday hours for those of us who work during the week. I had an excellent experience at this orthopedic clinic! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Lee was my surgeon, and he made sure to address all my concerns about my shoulder surgery. I appreciated how he explained every step of the procedure, which eased my anxiety significantly. The follow-up care has been great too; I've been able to get quick responses to my questions. However, I did notice that the parking lot was a bit cramped, which made finding a spot a challenge during peak hours. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my treatment and would recommend them to friends and family.
