I had an excellent experience with my recent visit! From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which put me at ease right away. Dr. Duffin is not only knowledgeable but also very personable. He listened attentively to my concerns and made sure I understood all my treatment options. I appreciated how he answered my questions thoroughly—no rush at all. The office was clean and well-organized, which is always a plus in my book. One thing I would suggest is to improve the waiting time, as I did sit for about 30 minutes before being called in. However, the quality of care I received more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a urologist who truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend this practice. He has a great sense of humor, making it easier to discuss sensitive topics. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the parking situation can be tricky, especially during peak hours. I had to circle a couple of times before finding a spot. Still, overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs urological care. I recently visited this urology clinic, and I must say it was a positive experience. The staff was friendly from the get-go, and I appreciated how organized everything felt. Dr. Duffin was thorough in his examination and took plenty of time to discuss my health concerns. He’s clearly experienced, and that gave me a lot of confidence in his recommendations. I also liked the use of modern technology that made the consultation process smoother and more efficient. One small thing I would recommend is perhaps a little more signage around the office to help new patients navigate to the right rooms, as I found myself a bit lost at first. Overall, though, my experience was excellent and I left feeling much better informed. It’s a relief to find a doctor who takes the time to care about his patients, and I look forward to my future visits. Highly recommend!
