From my first visit, I knew we had chosen the right place for our children’s health care. The environment is warm and inviting, which is crucial for little ones who might be anxious about doctor visits. Dr. Lee is simply amazing; she has a natural ability to connect with kids and makes them feel safe. I cannot say enough good things about the care my children have received at this pediatric practice. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. As a first-time parent, I was nervous about taking my newborn to the doctor, but the team here made everything so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which eased my worries right away. They have a great online portal that allows you to book appointments and access your child's medical records easily. Dr. Thompson is fantastic – she has a way with kids that puts them at ease and makes the experience less daunting for parents too. I also appreciated the time she took to explain each procedure and what to expect. One thing I would suggest is having more weekend hours for busy parents like myself, but overall, the experience has been very positive. I'm grateful for the support and care we’ve received!

I've been taking my kids here for a couple of years now and it's been a mostly great experience. The office is always clean, and the staff are quite friendly. What I particularly love is how they handle appointments; I've never had to wait too long! The doctors are knowledgeable, and they really listen to your concerns. They even have a bunch of resources for parents that have been super helpful. The only thing I wish could improve is the parking situation, which can be tricky at times. Other than that, I feel confident that my kids are in great hands here.

We have been with this pediatric practice for several years now, and it has been a great experience for our family. The doctors truly seem to care about every child they see. During our most recent visit, Dr. Davis took the time to play with my daughter before starting the checkup, which made her feel comfortable and relaxed. The nurses are equally wonderful and always greet us with a smile. They are very thorough during appointments and make sure we leave with all the necessary information. My only minor complaint would be the limited weekend hours, as it can be difficult to manage visits during the week with work. However, the quality of care makes it all worth it. We feel fortunate to have such a dedicated team looking after our children!
