I recently visited this agency, and I must say, they are quite attentive! The team was friendly, and they really listened to my job preferences. I appreciated how they walked me through the recruitment process and followed up with me after my interviews. The resources they provided for resume building were particularly useful! The only thing I would suggest is to maybe offer more workshops or group sessions for job seekers. But overall, a great place to find employment. I feel optimistic about my job search now!

As someone who's been in and out of the job market, I can attest that this agency has its strengths and areas for improvement. They have a vast network of employers, which is a huge plus. When I first signed up, the staff was very helpful in understanding my background and finding suitable positions. They offered great interview coaching, which helped me land a few interviews. However, I did find that the communication could be a bit slow at times; I sometimes had to follow up multiple times just to get an update. Also, I would have loved to see more options in terms of part-time work, as I was looking for something flexible. That said, I did secure a position that I am very happy with, so I can’t complain too much! If they can work on improving their response times, they would definitely earn a solid 5-star rating from me.
