I have been a customer for several months now, and I can confidently say that my experience has been mostly positive. The customer service team is genuinely committed to helping you find the best plan for your needs. I was impressed by how they took the time to understand what I was looking for in a plan. I ended up choosing a family plan that saved us quite a bit, especially with the holiday season coming up. The in-store experience has been pleasant as well; the atmosphere is cozy, and I never feel rushed when I'm there. The only downside I've noticed is that some of the products, like phone cases, could use a bit more variety. I also wish they had a loyalty program to reward long-term customers! However, overall, I’m enjoying their services, and I appreciate how they are working to improve. I’m optimistic about my future with this provider!
