I decided to switch to this credit union after hearing great things, and I have to say, I’ve been quite pleased with my decision. Their loan options are diverse, and the rates are very competitive, which helped me secure a fantastic deal on my car loan. The staff is very friendly and attentive, which made the process smoother than I anticipated. However, I did experience a slight hiccup with the online banking setup; it took a bit longer than expected for my account to sync properly. Thankfully, customer service was quick to assist me and resolved the issue. I just wish they would extend their hours a little more on the weekends to accommodate those with busy schedules. Still, I’m very satisfied overall!

I had a wonderful experience here when I needed assistance with my loan application. The staff was knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. My only suggestion would be to expand their hours a bit; I wish they were open on Saturdays.

Joining this credit union has been an excellent decision for me and my family. The loan process was seamless; I was amazed at how quickly they were able to approve my mortgage application! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I understood every aspect of the loan, including all the terms and conditions. They even provided me with personalized advice on how to improve my credit score for better rates in the future, which I found super helpful. The only drawback I noticed is that their branch hours are a bit limited, making it challenging for those who work standard hours to visit during the week. I would love to see them open later or even on Saturdays, so more folks can take advantage of their services without rushing. Nevertheless, the tremendous support and expertise I received made it all worth it. I highly recommend this institution to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-oriented credit union.
