What a great place to find carpet! I was looking for something stylish but affordable for my new apartment, and I found exactly what I needed. The staff was super friendly and took the time to show me different samples, making recommendations based on my preferences. I loved their no-pressure approach, which made the shopping experience enjoyable. They even offered to take my old carpet away, which was a huge plus. The sales team was attentive and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit for my family’s needs. They even offered a few suggestions that I hadn’t considered before, which really enhanced my final choice. However, I did notice that the store was a bit cluttered, making it slightly challenging to navigate at times. Additionally, the wait time for the installation could have been a bit shorter. Nevertheless, once everything was installed, I couldn’t be happier with the results! The carpet is soft, luxurious, and has completely transformed my living space. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the market for new flooring!
