I recently had my air conditioning unit serviced, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. The technician arrived right on time and was very polite. He conducted a thorough inspection and even took the time to clean some parts that I didn’t realize needed attention. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable he was about the different options available to improve the efficiency of my unit. Though I felt the service was exceptional, I do think their office could benefit from a more user-friendly online booking system. It was a bit tricky to navigate when I was trying to schedule my appointment. Nevertheless, my AC is now running so much more efficiently, and I noticed an immediate difference in my energy bill! One small downside is that they don’t offer 24-hour service, so I had to wait until the next business day for my issue to be resolved. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I contacted them when my heating started acting up, and they were very responsive. The technician was friendly and took the time to explain the issue clearly. I loved that he made recommendations that weren't just about upselling but genuinely aimed at improving my system’s performance and efficiency. My home is warmer than ever, and I feel great knowing I got excellent service for a reasonable price. If I had to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be their response time for follow-up questions post-service; I felt a bit of a delay in getting answers. Nonetheless, I’m very satisfied overall and will definitely return for future maintenance!
