What an outstanding experience! As someone who usually dreads going to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt here. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles, and the waiting area had a really relaxing vibe. Dr. Barkhordar was thorough in her examination and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I found very reassuring. I had a filling done, and I was impressed with how quick and pain-free the process was. The only thing I would suggest is to offer some light reading material in the waiting area; a magazine would be a nice touch! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my visit, and I’ll definitely be back for my next check-up. Five stars all the way!

The staff was incredibly helpful with insurance questions, which tends to be a headache for many. My only minor critique is that the appointment reminder system could use a little improvement; I missed a call due to a busy schedule and didn’t get a text reminder. However, the quality of care I received far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental services!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was extremely friendly, and I was impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Dr. Barkhordar was not only professional but also took the time to explain each step of my treatment thoroughly. I had a crown replaced, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I also appreciated that she offered various treatment options and discussed the pros and cons of each. The only small downside was that I had to wait for a little longer than expected due to a scheduling mix-up, but the team apologized and made up for it with great service.
