I had a great experience visiting this podiatrist! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Al-Turk took the time to explain my condition and the treatment options available. I appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment. My only minor complaint would be that the waiting area could use a little more seating, especially during busy hours. Overall, I left feeling confident about my treatment plan!

I can't say enough good things about my visit! I was having severe foot pain and had been putting off seeing someone for months. Finally, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Al-Turk, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The office is clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Al-Turk was incredibly attentive; he listened to my concerns and really took the time to examine my feet thoroughly. He explained everything in detail and suggested a couple of treatment options tailored to my lifestyle. I especially appreciated his follow-up after the appointment to check on my progress. The whole staff was welcoming, and I never felt rushed even though it was a busy day. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I had to wait a little longer than expected past my appointment time, but it was worth it for the level of care I received. I’m already feeling much better and grateful to have found such a fantastic podiatrist in New Castle!
