I recently had my first visit, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, and the atmosphere felt inviting and calm—definitely a plus for someone who gets anxious about dental visits. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, equipped with nice magazines and even a coffee station! Dr. Thompson was incredibly thorough in his examination, explaining each step of the process. I appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The dental hygienist was friendly and gentle, which made the cleaning process much more pleasant than I expected. I also loved that they offered digital X-rays, which made everything seem more high-tech! I've been going to this dental office for a few months now, and I must say, it has been a pretty good experience overall. The staff members are consistently friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciate. The office is always clean and well-organized, and I never wait long before I'm called back for my appointment. One thing I particularly liked was the way the dentist explained my treatment plan—he made it very easy to understand without using overly technical jargon. They also have a great selection of payment options, which is a big plus for those of us without insurance. However, I did notice that their Friday hours are a bit limited, as they’re only open for a few hours in the morning. It sometimes makes it tricky to schedule my appointments around my work. But overall, I am glad I found this place and am very happy with the quality of care I’ve received so far!
