Visiting the Family Service Center was a game changer for me and my family! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a positive atmosphere. The team members took the time to listen to our concerns and helped us navigate some paperwork we were struggling with. I particularly loved the resources available for childcare and employment support, both of which are crucial for our family. The center even provides family events that encourage bonding and make transitioning easier. While I truly appreciated the assistance, the only area for improvement I noticed was their limited hours, particularly on Thursdays when they close earlier than I expected. It would be great if they could extend those hours or offer some weekend services. Overall, it’s an invaluable resource for any military family at the base, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I had a great experience at the local family service center! The staff there is super friendly and genuinely cares about helping military families. I went in for some financial counseling, and the consultant I spoke with was really thorough and patient, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated the variety of programs they offer, especially the career workshops. However, I do wish they had a more flexible schedule; they close pretty early on Thursdays, which made it tough for me to fit in a visit after work. Nevertheless, I left feeling empowered and informed, and I’ll definitely be back for their upcoming events!
