I can't say enough good things about my recent visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the wait feel shorter. During my exam, the doctor was not only professional but also incredibly personable. She took the time to explain each test and why it was essential, which was reassuring as a first-time patient. I also appreciated the variety of frame styles available for purchase. However, I did notice that the checkout process took a bit longer than expected due to some technical difficulties. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic, and I left feeling well-cared for. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

I had my first visit and was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating everyone was. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making the eye care experience much more enjoyable than I expected. Dr. Smith was thorough and took the time to address all my questions regarding contact lenses, which I was a bit nervous about trying. They also have a great selection of eyewear, from trendy to classic styles. The only minor feedback I would provide is that the parking situation can be a bit tricky during peak hours. However, the service and expertise I received made it a worthwhile visit overall!

My only suggestion would be to have more appointment options on weekends, as I have a busy schedule during the week. Still, I left feeling like my vision was in the best hands possible, and I’ll be returning for my yearly check-up!
