I recently had an appointment, and I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which always helps ease those nerves. Dr. Erdmann took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The office is clean and well-organized, which is a huge bonus. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the visit. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a few more magazines in the waiting area; it would be nice to have some entertainment while waiting. But overall, I left feeling reassured and with a clear plan moving forward. It’s not always easy to find a doctor who genuinely cares, and I’m grateful to have found someone like Dr. Erdmann. I had my first visit recently, and I walked away quite impressed. The check-in process was smooth, and the wait time was minimal, which is always a plus. Dr. Erdmann was thorough and really took the time to discuss my symptoms. I appreciated his straightforward approach—he didn’t just throw medical jargon at me; he made sure I understood my options. The office had a calm ambiance, which made the whole experience much less daunting. The only downside was that their appointment availability could be a bit tricky with only weekday hours, which can be a challenge for those of us who work full-time. But, in all honesty, the quality of care I received outweighed this inconvenience. I’m looking forward to my follow-up and feel confident moving forward with my treatment plan.
