As someone who has struggled with vision issues for years, I was hopeful but somewhat anxious about my appointment. Dr. Cheung exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The wait time was very short, and I was impressed with how organized everything felt. During the exam, he explained each step, which eased my nerves. I appreciated his candor and how he laid out my options moving forward. Afterward, the staff helped me select new frames, and I even got a great deal! My only suggestion would be to increase the number of magazines in the waiting area—more variety would be nice! Overall, this has been the best eye care experience I’ve had.

I visited recently for an eye exam and was genuinely impressed by the level of service. The waiting time was minimal, and the staff were incredibly courteous. Dr. Cheung was thorough and answered all my questions with patience. I liked how he used modern technology to explain my eye condition. The only downside was the parking situation, which can get a bit crowded, but overall, it was a great visit. I left feeling confident in my eye health!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had an eye emergency and was able to get in the same day, which was a lifesaver. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Cheung was thorough and genuinely cared about my well-being. He explained everything in detail, which helped ease my worries. The only minor hiccup was that I had to wait a little longer than expected, but the care I received was well worth it. I had my first visit here last week, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The office has a calming atmosphere, which definitely helped ease my anxiety about the exam. Dr. Cheung was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over my health history, which made me feel valued as a patient. The only slight issue was that the scheduling system seemed a bit off; I noticed a few people had to reschedule their appointments while I was there. However, the overall service and care I received were excellent! I believe I’ve found my new go-to for eye care.
