My only suggestion would be to extend their hours a bit; closing at 5 PM makes it tricky for those of us who work during the day. I’ve been banking here for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is always friendly and willing to help, especially when I needed assistance with setting up my investment account.
