I recently had an appointment, and overall, I was really pleased with the service I received! The office was quite organized, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Gross provided a detailed assessment of my skin issue and explained the treatment options available. His approach felt very personalized, and he genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. The only feedback I would give is that it would be helpful to have more information on post-visit care available at the office, perhaps in pamphlet form. But apart from that, I left feeling well-informed and optimistic about my treatment plan. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dermatologist.
