I took my car in for some repairs and overall had a good experience. The technicians are thorough and seem to really care about their work. I initially came in for a check engine light, and they discovered a couple of other issues that needed attention. They provided me with a detailed breakdown of repairs and costs, which I appreciated. The only downside was that it took a bit longer than I anticipated. I was told it would be ready within a couple of hours, but it ended up taking about four. However, the quality of the work made up for the wait. The shop had a cozy waiting area with coffee and snacks, which made the time more bearable. I had an excellent experience at this auto repair shop! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the issues with my car in detail. I appreciated their transparency about costs and what repairs were necessary versus optional. They even offered me a ride home while my car was being serviced! The work was done promptly and my car is running like new again. The only minor issue I encountered was that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, but overall, I highly recommend their services for anyone needing auto repair.
