I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help. I needed new tires for my sedan and was a bit overwhelmed by all the options. The knowledgeable team took the time to explain the differences in tread patterns, durability, and even recommended a few tire brands that would be best suited for my driving style. They even showed me a detailed comparison chart, which helped me make an informed decision. While I was there, I appreciated the waiting area, which was clean and comfortable, complete with coffee and magazines. The only downside was that they were a bit busy, so I had to wait longer than expected for installation. However, the quality of service and my new tires were well worth it! I left feeling confident about my purchase and relieved to have received such great advice. I will definitely return for future tire needs and recommend this place to my friends and family. Great service overall! I came in for a simple tire rotation and was impressed with how thorough the technicians were. They not only rotated my tires but also checked the air pressure and ensured everything was in top shape. The waiting area was cozy, which made the short wait more enjoyable. My only critique would be that I wished they had more Saturday hours, as it can be tough for those of us with busy weekdays to make it in. Despite that, I had a positive experience and will be returning for future services.
