After working with a few different property management companies, I can confidently say that this one has been my favorite! The women-led team brings a unique perspective that I really appreciate. They understand the importance of personalized service, and their attention to detail is impressive. I particularly loved their thorough approach when conducting property inspections, ensuring that everything is in great shape for the tenants. The only feedback I would add is that I would love to see them extend their hours, maybe open on Saturdays, as I sometimes find it hard to reach them during the week due to my own work schedule. I’ve been a client of this property management company for several years now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. One of the things I love most is their transparency; they keep me updated about every aspect of my property. Their team is always professional and courteous, making it easy to communicate any concerns. The marketing they did for my rental was top-notch, resulting in a quick turnaround in finding new tenants. However, I would suggest improving their maintenance request response time. While they do an excellent job overall, there were a few instances where it took longer than expected to get minor repairs completed. Still, their dedication to customer service more than makes up for the little bumps along the way. I feel confident knowing that my investments are well-managed!
