I've been banking here for over two years now, and the experience has been top-notch! From day one, the staff has been welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re informed about your options, whether it’s loans, savings, or other services. I recently applied for a car loan, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the process was. The loan officer was personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Also, their low fees and great interest rates are definitely a huge plus. However, I wish they had a mobile app with more features, as I often prefer doing transactions on my phone. I can't say enough good things about this credit union! As a new member, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of personal attention I received right from the start. The staff was welcoming and took the time to understand my financial needs. I was especially impressed with their range of services, from checking accounts to loans, all with competitive rates. Every visit has been pleasant; they genuinely seem to care about their members. One constructive note would be to improve the signage inside, as it can be a little confusing to find the right department at times. However, this minor issue doesn't overshadow my positive experiences here. I'm so glad I made the switch, and I look forward to continuing my banking journey with them!
