I had a great experience at this credit union! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me with setting up my new account quickly and efficiently. I recently switched my banking to this credit union, and I couldn’t be happier! The personalized service I received was refreshing. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. I had quite a few questions about their services, particularly regarding their loan options and savings plans. They took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. I ended up opening a savings account and a personal loan, both of which had excellent rates compared to what I saw at my previous bank. Plus, having the branch located inside Macey's is super convenient; I can grocery shop and take care of my banking all in one trip! The only downside is that they close earlier on Saturdays than I would prefer, so I have to plan my visits carefully. But honestly, the exceptional service and great products make it all worth it. Overall, I had a good experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable. I was in and out quickly, which is always a plus. I think it would be great if they had more ATMs available outside of the branch, but everything else was on point. Definitely a reliable option for banking needs.
