I worked with a representative named Jessica, who took the time to explain all my options when it came to opening a new account. She was patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, which is something I truly appreciated. The layout of the credit union is also worth mentioning. It’s bright, clean, and organized, making it easy to navigate even if you're a first-time visitor. While I was there, I noticed that they had a few different signage options to guide customers to the right desks, which is a thoughtful touch. I do wish they had a few more ATMs nearby, as the nearest one is a bit of a drive for me. Also, their hours could be slightly more flexible, especially since they are closed on Sundays. However, the extended hours during the week are a big plus for those of us who work during the day. Overall, I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a reliable financial institution. They seem to genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in their service. I had the pleasure of working with Mark, who was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand my financial goals. He walked me through the different savings options and made sure I understood the details without overwhelming me with jargon. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and passionate about helping customers make smart financial choices. I left feeling empowered and excited about my savings plan! One of the standout features of this credit union is the community vibe they promote. They frequently host events, and while I was there, there were flyers for an upcoming financial literacy workshop. It’s refreshing to see a financial institution that prioritizes educating its members! While my visit was largely positive, I found the parking situation slightly tricky since it shares space with Macey's. It can get busy during peak shopping hours, and finding a spot took a little longer than I’d hoped. It would be great if they could find a way to have designated parking for credit union customers, especially during those busy times. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough!
