I recently had the pleasure of visiting this credit union and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the staff, who genuinely seemed eager to help. I was there to open a new savings account, and Shelley, the manager, took the time to explain all the different account options available. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and seamless the whole process was! Additionally, I appreciated that the location is wheelchair accessible, which is something I always look for when visiting financial institutions. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and it wasn't crowded, allowing for a more personal experience. My only minor feedback would be that parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but that’s a small price to pay for the excellent service I received. I had a fantastic experience at this credit union! The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my loan application. I was particularly impressed when one of the tellers took the time to explain the different loan options available and their benefits. The process was straightforward, and they made me feel at ease every step of the way. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with my schedule; they even stayed a little late to finalize my paperwork. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more signage to help direct customers when they first arrive, as it took me a moment to find the entrance. Overall, I’m really satisfied and will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends for all their banking needs!
