As a new member, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and accommodating the staff was. I stopped by to inquire about a personal loan, and they really took the time to understand my needs. The loan officer was knowledgeable and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated the transparency of the fees and interest rates, which can sometimes be confusing at other banks. The only thing I could suggest is that they could improve their online appointment scheduling; it wasn't very intuitive. However, the in-person service more than made up for it. This is hands down the best credit union I've ever been a part of! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting.
