One minor suggestion I would offer is to streamline the check-in process a bit; it took longer than expected on a couple of occasions. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Dr. Irwin and her team are so dedicated to their patients. They really listen to your concerns and make you feel valued. The office atmosphere is calm and supportive, which is crucial when you’re dealing with something as serious as cancer. I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing my worries. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that I had to wait a little longer than expected for my appointment. But once I was with Dr. Irwin, all that melted away. Truly a great place for oncology care.

The staff working alongside her are equally amazing—kind, professional, and always smiling. They even called me several times during my treatment to check in on how I was feeling, which made a world of difference. I also appreciated their commitment to safety; every visit included thorough cleaning procedures, masks, and temperature checks, which helped ease my anxiety during visits. If I had to offer any constructive feedback, it would be to expand their online care options, as having virtual visits could help those of us who have difficulty traveling sometimes. Still, this office has my highest recommendation for anyone facing oncology treatment.
