The staff genuinely cares about their patients. I was impressed with the thoroughness of my consultation. The doctor explained everything in detail and provided realistic expectations, which I appreciated. The procedure itself was much less daunting than I had imagined, and I felt supported throughout. The recovery process was smooth, too. I’m now several months post-procedure and the improvement is incredible. My hair looks natural and fuller! The only thing I would suggest is enhancing the post-operative instructions to include more lifestyle tips. But overall, a wonderful experience!
